Your position
The main objective of the Business Manager Industrial is to provide leadership to the Industrial sales team, and support in the rapid development and growth of Xsens. You are making strategic choices about new business, tactally you comprehend how to inspire collegagues and operationally driven by sales.
 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Being an excellent team player and able to effectively coach the members of the sales team, consisting of highly educated sales managers and field application engineers. Expanding, developing and providing leadership to the Industrial sales team is key.
  • Being able to define the sales strategy with the product managers and the sales team. Execute the Xsens sales strategy with the sales team.
  • Managing Xsens’ further worldwide expansion by building and developing international teams and distributor relations and increase our market share.
  • Expanding and further develop our customer oriented approach to bring this to the next level.


You are the new Xsens colleague if you
  • Are an people manager with proven international sales experience, particularly in the US and Asia in relevant high-tech industries.
  • Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment and able to further structure sales processes.
  • Work conscientious, controls on learning and aware how to book results.
  • Have exemplary leadership skills, proven experience in building and coaching sales teams.
  • Are skilled in closing deals.
  • Have (ideally) a MSc from a Technical University
  • Love to travel.
