In order to sustain and expanding the present growth path we are looking for a
International Sales Manager
Customer responsible or program specific responsiblity for the European market.

Your work environment
Therm-O-Disc is offering you a career with responsiblility, authority and working within the automotive, heating industry and consumer market. Therm-O-Disc is headquartered in the Netherlands (Nuenen) with production locations in the Netherlands (Almelo), Mexico and China and a support department in Romania. Target market is Germany (with other countries in Europe).

Your role as International Sales Manager
The main objective of the International Sales Manager is to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals as well as representing and promoting Therm-O-Disc products in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Practical aspects / responsibilities of your role
  • Meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Form an integral part of our strong growth program.
  • Satisfy customer needs by assisting in design criteria, process development, training and after sales support/service.
  • Follow through on all customer inquiries and sales leads.
  • Properly maintain records of sales calls, applications, purchase orders, customer organizations and business conditions, present and future.
  • Acquire relevant product information on all Therm-O-Disc products, applications, price structure, industry developments and competitive products and strategies.
You are the new Therm-O-Disc colleague if you
  • Are aware of current issues relevant to the company, developments in the market, technical, social and economic changes (environmental awareness).
  • Have the ability to act on the basis of your own convictions (independence).
  • See possibilities in the market for both existing and new products and services (entrepreneurship).
  • Communicate your own standpoints and arguments and discovering and naming common goals and interests in a way that leads to agreement and acceptance (negotiate).
  • Translate verbal communication into relevant information. Ask questions and respond to comments (listen).
  • Have no hesitation in approaching others. Being able to easily establish a good relationship. Can move smoothly in a wide range of companies (sociability).
Besides those personal skills and showing ingenuity with new solution, you have excellent communication skills in both German and English language.
